If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can contact us and describe the issue.

For downloadable items:
All downloadable product sales are final.  No returns or order cancellations will be accepted on these products. There are no refunds for items that are downloaded from the site such as an eDocuments or a downloaded documents in pdf form. 

For physical items:
Returns up to 30 days from the purchase date will only be accepted if the product is undamaged.  Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.  Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below:
